Upon receipt of your order you will be sent an order confirmation, via e-mail or phone. Included within this order confirmation will be details of our stock availability and anticipated delivery timescales.

We will keep customers informed if there is any delay on the anticipated delivery time of goods that has previously been included within our order confirmation.

Tracking your delivery

Please e-mail sales@easysleepco.com giving details of your order number and we will be able to inform you of the status of your order.

Confirming the delivery date

Once your item(s) is ready for dispatch you will be contact in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date.

Available days for delivery

Deliveries are made on Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm.

Delivery vehicles

Delivery vehicle will be a long, heavy goods vehicle, weighing approximately 16.5 tones with a height of 14' 3".

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions, as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads/ paths unadopted to help us deliver your order and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used.

Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied.

In order to prevent damage to vehicles, unadopted roads, paths unadopted will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Alternative routes must be provided by the customer.
